End User License Agreement (EULA)

This is a legal agreement between you and Gagged. This app is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license.

• Scope of License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Gagged on any device that you own or control.
• No Ownership: You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the app belong to Gagged.
• Third-Party Disclaimer: You acknowledge that this agreement is between you and Gagged only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app.
• Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple and Google will have no warranty obligation or liability whatsoever with respect to Gagged.
• Use: There will be no tolerance for objectionable content or abuse throughout your use of this app. See the terms and conditions for further clarity.
