Law Enforcement Guide 

Gagged Law Enforcement Guidelines- These guidelines are intended for law enforcement and government agencies seeking records from Gagged. 

Legal Process Requirements- We disclose user data only in accordance with our Privacy Policy and U.S. law (including the Electronic Communications Privacy Act). 

• Non-Content Data: (e.g., email, IP address, sign-up date) requires a valid Subpoena. 

• Content Data: (e.g., private messages, deleted posts) requires a Search Warrant issued under the procedures described in the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. 

• Emergency Requests: In cases involving imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to any person, we may disclose information without a warrant.
