Significant Change Notification System 

Notice of Significant Changes In accordance with the 2026 App Store Accountability Acts, Gagged will provide a minimum of 30 days' notice to users and the relevant App Stores (Apple/Google) before implementing "Significant Changes." A change is considered significant if it: 

1. Alters how or what personal data is collected, stored, or shared. 

1. Affects the age rating of the application. 

1. Adds new monetization features (e.g., in-app purchases or new ad networks). 

Minors (13–17): For users under 18, Gagged will facilitate a "Renewed Consent" prompt through the App Store’s API. Users in this age bracket will be restricted from accessing updated features until a parent or guardian has verified and accepted the new terms.
